While CatClub is proudly Australian owned, we know cat lovers are everywhere! We offer reliable international shipping to our global community.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment network within 6-12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email with a dedicated tracking number once your package is officially in transit.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Because we source our trending cat supplies directly from overseas manufacturing partners to guarantee the lowest retail prices, shipping timelines are slightly longer than local postal services.

4. Shipment Tracking
Every single order placed at CatClub includes tracking. Once your package leaves the fulfillment facility, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. It can sometimes take 48–72 hours for the carrier system to update and show initial tracking movements.
5. Multiple Package Shipments
If you purchase multiple different items in a single order, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. This happens because we prioritize speed and utilize separate fulfillment hubs depending on inventory levels. Do not panic if one item arrives slightly before the rest!
6. Lost, Stolen, or Wrong Address Orders

Incorrect Addresses: CatClub is not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrectly entered shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address details carefully before finalizing your payment.

Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 20 consecutive business days, please reach out to us at business@catclub.store so our team can launch an investigation and arrange a free replacement item for you.
